The
purpose of this gallery section is to give a flavour and range
of my work. My ceramics are normally thrown on the wheel.
However pinching and coiling techniques feature predominantly
in more recent work. My intention is to produce forms that
are loose and responsive to touch. Further alterations of
the form are done by beating, tearing and distorting.
My aim is to bring into existence an object that has the the
qualities of movement and of time. These qualities encourage
the development of work which fit in seamlessly and harmoniously
in time and space, in this world and for all time, past, present
and future.
This
page is under development. There will be more images to follow.
